Transforming Lives Through Culinary Apprenticeships & Career Mobility

Kitchens for Good’s programs have grown stronger and more resilient thanks to Domanica Foundation’s generous support, which has expanded access to hands-on culinary training for individuals overcoming barriers to employment and helped the organization meet rising demand while reaching a milestone of serving 1,000 apprentices in its 10-year history.

With this support, apprentices are gaining the skills, confidence, and stability needed to launch meaningful careers while also receiving essential resources to navigate food insecurity and homelessness. Together, this partnership is strengthening the community by creating pathways to economic mobility and nourishing fellow San Diegans.
