Providing Critical Lead Funding & Emergency Shelter for Homeless Women & Families

Domanica has been a consistent donor to St. Elizabeth Shelter since 2004. In 2009, at the height of the recession and with more people, particularly families, becoming homeless, we took a giant leap and opened Casa Familia, an emergency shelter for single women and families with children, to meet this growing need.

Domanica was there right away, making a significant lead gift to provide operating support. Since then the foundation has continually supported our efforts to assist homeless individuals and families from Santa Fe and throughout Northern New Mexico, a huge geographic area with very limited social services.
