Pathways to Opportunity: College & Career Readiness for Unhoused Youth

The Domanica Foundation partners with Monarch School Project to provide vital College & Career services for unhoused students in San Diego. This support helps create a pathway of opportunities that includes scaffolded leadership classes for grades 9–12, internships, individualized guidance through college and trade school applications, and scholarships.

These offerings are strengthened by Monarch’s comprehensive wraparound model—family services, academic enrichment, clinical mental health care, and 10 years of alumni support. Our youth are thriving: 98% of alumni are in secondary school or employed, and 95% have stable housing. The Domanica Foundation helps ensure our students can build futures shaped by opportunity rather than circumstance.
